Organize awarded consultants and contractors throughout the project lifetime, from schematic design through to design & construction completion: Interior Designer, architect, architect of record, general contractor, HVAC and MEP consultant, low voltage, FFE and OS&E procurement agent, spa consultant, foodservice kitchen consultant, restaurant designer, landscape architect, LEED consultant, etc.
Hotel Brand design standards compliance recommendations to interior designer and management for implementation.
Schematic design, design development, and construction document phase recommendations to management.
Consultant construction drawings procedures and follow through
Confer with design managers to ensure timely interior designer shop drawings approvals process & FFE specifications approval process
Liaison with hotel operations team to determine personnel that will be involved in design approval process and renovation or new build process
Liaison with FFE procurement agent for best practices and procedures
Construction oversight processes and procedures
Construction punch list management and project close-out processes and procedures
