  • Consultant RFP’s (Request for Proposals): Prepare, interview consultants, RFP analysis review, negotiation, and selection recommendations to management.

  • Recommend project consultants to management, to achieve improved organizational structure and performance.

  • Consultant legal contracting: Analysis, negotiation, and solutions recommendations to management to award consultant contracts.

  • Organize awarded consultants and contractors throughout the project lifetime, from schematic design through to design & construction completion: Interior Designer, architect, architect of record, general contractor, HVAC and MEP consultant, low voltage, FFE and OS&E procurement agent, spa consultant, foodservice kitchen consultant, restaurant designer, landscape architect, LEED consultant, etc.

  • Hotel Brand design standards compliance recommendations to interior designer and management for implementation.

  • Schematic design, design development, and construction document phase recommendations to management.

  • Consultant construction drawings procedures and follow through

  • Confer with design managers to ensure timely interior designer shop drawings approvals process & FFE specifications approval process

  • Liaison with hotel operations team to determine personnel that will be involved in design approval process and renovation or new build process

  • Liaison with FFE procurement agent for best practices and procedures

  • Construction oversight processes and procedures

  • Construction punch list management and project close-out processes and procedures
